How long is the delivery time?

We offer 2-4 day delivery on all weekdays for orders placed before 12:00 (noon) (Deliveries are also made on Saturdays if you have selected a GLS PakkeShop that is open on Saturdays.)

Can I exchange the item?

You have a 30-day right of cancellation. To exercise it, contact us at info@thegelcollection.com. Returned goods must be unused, and you will be refunded within 14 days once we have received and checked the items.

Can I track my order status?

Yes — as soon as your order is shipped, you receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door or parcel shop.
