Shipping

The Gel Collection ships your order from our warehouse in Denmark with DHL and UPS – and with Posti in Finland and Bring in Sweden. The delivery options available for your country, and their prices in your local currency, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping options and prices

  • EU countries: UPS Express Saver, DHL Connect or DHL Fast Delivery Europe – €3.95–€4.00. In Finland you can also choose Posti pickup point (€3.95), and in Sweden Bring pickup point. In the Netherlands we ship with DHL.
  • United Kingdom: UPS Express Saver – £4.00.
  • Switzerland, Canada and other countries: UPS Express Saver, DHL Connect or Standard Worldwide Delivery – from €3.95 (or the equivalent in your currency).

Free shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders of €69 or more (or the equivalent in your local currency).
  • United Kingdom: free shipping on orders of £59 or more.

Delivery time

  • EU: typically 2–5 working days after dispatch (UPS Express Saver 2–4 days, DHL Fast Delivery Europe and Posti 3–5 days).
  • United Kingdom: typically 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Standard Worldwide Delivery: typically 6–10 days.

Please note that delays can occur during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, when carriers handle more parcels than usual.

Payment
The amount is reserved when you place your order and only charged when your order is dispatched.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Customs, duties and import VAT

  • EU: We ship from Denmark within the EU, so no customs duties apply.
  • United Kingdom: Orders with a value above £135 may be subject to import VAT, duties and a carrier handling fee, payable on delivery.
  • Switzerland, Canada and other non-EU countries: Your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling fees charged by the carrier or local authorities. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
  • United States: The US no longer has a duty-free allowance, so every parcel to the US is subject to import duties and carrier fees. These are charged by the US authorities and the carrier – not by us – and are payable by the recipient. Before we ship a US order, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm that you accept these charges. If you do not, we cancel your order free of charge.

Returns
You have a 365-day right of return. Start your return in our return portal, print the label and drop the parcel off at your nearest DHL Service Point. Return shipping costs €9.95. Read more on our Returns page.
