Builder Gel Reinforcement Add-on Package

Builder Gel is perfect for strengthening your own nails, where the nail is built from scratch. It can be used as a strengthening base under Gel Polish color or used independently as a natural strengthening treatment. Builder Gel comes in a pot and has a thick consistency. Therefore, it must be "flowed" onto the nail with an Oval Brush, and it is important to build a correct nail shape with apex and strength points.

A great advantage of using Builder Gel is that you do not need to remove it every time you want new, beautiful nails, but only need to make refills about every three weeks. However, if you wish to remove it anyway, it can easily be removed via Soak Off with Fast Acetone Remover.

How to strengthen or extend with Builder Gel – step by step

Builder Gel can both strengthen your natural nail and build length – the routine is the same.

1. Prep – file length and shape, push back the cuticles, buff the surface lightly, clean with cleaner and apply primer (air-dries in 60 sec.). Watch the prep video guide →
2. Base coat – a very thin layer, seal the free edge, and cure the whole hand in the lamp.
3. Reinforce – or extend – with Builder Gel – prime the brush in the gel first. Brush a very thin slip layer over the whole nail (without curing). Place a small bead in the centre of the nail, push it towards the cuticle and out to the sides, and pull the rest evenly towards the tip – seal the free edge. Turn the nail upside down so the gel forms a natural apex. Flash-cure 10 sec. per nail, and fully cure the whole hand at the end. Want length? Build the extension on forms or tips first, then build the shape the same way. Extension on forms → on tips →This product is used in step 3
4. File the shape (if desired) – remove the sticky layer with a wipe and cleaner, file the nail, and wipe it free of dust.
5. Gel Polish colour (optional) – two thin coats on top of the reinforcement, cure between coats.
6. Top coat – seal the free edge, and cure.
7. Nail oil – wash your hands and finish with oil at the cuticles and under the nail.
