How to use the practice hand – step by step

The practice hand is your training partner: practise the techniques as many times as you like before doing your own nails.

1. Fit a practice tip – the tip slides firmly onto the finger, so you can cut and file it without it moving.
2. Shape the hand – every finger has a bendable steel-wire core, so you can pose it exactly as you like – and the hand locks securely to the table.
3. Practise the whole routine – everything from building and shaping to removal and nail art – the movements are the same as on a real hand.
4. Swap the tip and repeat – practise until the technique sticks. It is the fastest way to beautiful nails on yourself.
